7-30-2019   Newshound Guru Vital Brad    ...with the article that came out saying they're ready to implement article 140...They're saying they're ready to pay back citizens. They're ready to pay back for lost property, lost wages, lost opportunity.  Where's the money coming from?...definitely want to pay attention to article 140...!

 

7-30-2019   Intel Guru Frank26   Iraqi dinar investment...it's getting more and more interesting every day... we know the IMF came out a few days ago and blatantly put Iraq in the position where they are now internationally recognized cause they are article VIII...Today Mahdi the PM comes out and says Allawi is going to become the new governor of the Central Bank of Iraq...they're preparing themselves to give you an announcement...(Post 1 of 2)...

7-30-2019   Intel Guru Frank26   They took down the picture of the governor of the Central Bank of Iraq from the CBI today...I have not vetted it yet but it's coming from a source that I trust and respect.  So with that in mind I give it to you that the CBI is getting ready to make an announcement that they have a new governor.  What do you think this new governor is getting ready to make an announcement about?  IMO the same damn thing the IMF just told the whole world.  Iraq is of international standards and are article VIII (Compliant)...(Post 2 of 2)...

 

7-30-2019   Newshound/Intel Guru Dinar Investor - Jeff   [new Guru]  Iraq just posted a very good...important... article talking about how they are strongly ready to implement Article 140....Many people are saying that we are not close to the RV because Iraq has not implemented Article 140...that is an incorrect statement...The current constitution only goes to Article 139...the constitution will have to be amended to add Article 140 as well as the HCL to it...(post 1 of 2)... 

7-30-2019    Newshound/Intel Guru Dinar Investor - Jeff    A few weeks ago weeks ago an article came out that said Iraq's 2019 budget had Article 140 monies inside of it.  That's their way of telling you they had plans of changing the rate during the year of 2019 because those monies are withing the 2019 budget.  This article is important because they are telling you they are strongly ready to implement this.  I have been putting emphasis on Q4...10/1 ...walking into Q4 with a new rate in hand...(post 2 of 2)... 

 

7-30-2019   Newshound Guru Kaperoni  Parliament is in the process of preparing the 2020 budget. Described in the media as "the budget will be different directions next year to represent the government's economic openness to investment and increase financial resources alternative to oil" and "indicating that the budget will create a qualitative boom in the Iraqi economy through drastic changes in public expenditure and investment funds and services." Clearly this is important to the transition to a market economy...As well as they are building the expenditure into the budget for 2020...(post 1 of 2)... 

7-30-2019   Newshound Guru Kaperoni   An article...stated they will have a 72 trillion dinar deficit. In other words they are building about 70 billion USD extra into the budget that is expected to be funded by foreign investment.  In order for this to succeed, they must pass the laws needed, and open the banking system (Article VIII) for this to work. There is no alternative. The next 6 months will be fun to watch...(post 2 of 2)...

all point in the direction that a positive change in rate of the IQD is coming - this year (I personally won't be surprised if it comes by Aug. 2nd.)

7-30-2019   Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat   As we exit July, we still do not see any reinstatement of the Iraq currency. But we know it is very close at hand and I believe maybe even being held up for some reason now.
