Markinsa, thank you for posting this... When I saw that it was almost an hour long video, I didn't expect to watch all of it... But this was so interesting and informative... I've been on statins for nearly 10 years and I thought living with muscle aches and joint pain was worth it to reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke from cholesterol. Thank you again for bring this here...

I was told two weeks ago at the VA I need heart bypass surgery, but they weren't going to perform the surgery unless I was taking a satin.  I was also told vitamins will not reverse my atherosclerosis.   It is amazing how smart these doctors are, how ill informed they are concerning diet and nutrition and alternative therapies.  I almost fell for it, since I haven't taken a statin in over 5-10 years for the above reasons Dr Diamond has explained.
