you remind of me of one of my workers... he been begging me to get IT to give him a new computer..they get him one setup over the weekend..he comes in and sits down at the new computer - first thing he does is start whining about how he has to redo his desktop icons and web browser settings...hahahaha..i see the 10 years+ though so i'd prolly the same way..keep the positive vibes though youll find it better on the blood pressure lol

The Oil, Gas and Energy Committee of the House of Representatives on Sunday confirmed the adoption of the oil and gas law to solve all the problems related to oil and gas. 
"The adoption of the oil and gas law in the current session of the Iraqi parliament can solve all the problems related to oil and gas," said the deputy of the committee, Aram Naji, told Mawazine News. 
He added that "this problem and the dispute has become constantly repeated with each process of approving the federal budget, so this law should be among the priorities of the current session of Parliament."

Member of the House of Representatives Qusay Abbas, Wednesday, that the new legislative year will witness the resolution of important laws and the file of special grades. 
Abbas said, "The first legislative year was good, but it is not the level of ambition, yet we expect a second legislative year witnessing a movement to assess the performance of the government basically." 
He added that "the House of Representatives has taken good steps despite the slowness because of not naming the presidencies of the committees and because of the reluctance that took place in the subject of naming ministers and the government, but we hope in the next legislative year to be a good start and control in the first legislative year, and benefit Parliament from the mistakes that accompanied Legislation ".
"The laws that have been enacted are not ambitious and we are waiting for important bills that affect the lives of citizens, such as the Social Security Law, the salary, service and retirement legislation, and the oil and gas law that has remained on the council's shelves since previous sessions." 
Abbas said that "in the coming legislative year will be approved dozens of bills that concern the life of citizens, which was read the first reading and second, on the oversight role of the Parliament to monitor the institutions of the state and ministries," noting that "mobility will increase especially with the issue of resolution files and special grades The next legislative year will witness a stronger movement than the first legislative year. "

The number of Iraqi funds abroad has been recovered over the past years.

A member of the parliamentary legal committee Hussein al-Aqabi told Ashqaf News that "Iraq so far has not recovered even one fils from abroad, despite the draft amendment of the law to recover funds, and the approval and vote of the House of Representatives it."

"Iraq has legal and judicial capabilities and international agreements, it can bring us all of Iraq's money abroad."

He added that "what prevents this, the absence of a real government resolve towards this file, and some of the money abroad linked to some of the powerful elements in the Iraqi authority."

The MP of the Kurdistan Democratic Bloc, Mohammed Shaker, for submitting the proposal of the Federal Council law to the House of Representatives in accordance with the Constitution and the rules of procedure of the parliament, noting that the lack of legislation for 14 years "flawed and calls for wonder."

Shakir said in a statement to the National News Center NNC that "based on the second article of Article 60 of the Iraqi Constitution and article 120 of the rules of procedure of the House of Representatives submitted a proposal law (Federal Council) to the House of Representatives," noting that "the Federal Council is the second wing of the legislative The House of Representatives in accordance with Article 48 of the Constitution, which provides that the legislative power consists of the House of Representatives and the Council of the Union.

He pointed out that "14 years after the adoption of the Constitution did not form the Council of the Union and this is a major imbalance in the constitutional institutions," noting that "the legislative authority is the basis of the formation of the political system in Iraq."

He added that "the lack of legislation is flawed and calls for wonder, because the Union Council is in the service of all Iraqis," adding that "the legislation of the law serves as the Iraqi Senate and its mission is to protect the interests of the regions and governorates that are not organized in a region that is in the interest of all the Iraqi people."

He stressed that "the legislative power is reduced in the House of Representatives and this is a constitutional and legal vacuum," calling "the House of Representatives to vote on it until the completion of the second legislative session and the political process is proceeding properly according to the mechanisms set out in the Constitution."

Doooooon't do it. Don't give them one more Penny until there is repercussions for stealing the people's money. If they don't prosecute the big whales first then that money will go right into the politicians pockets.

BAGHDAD - Mawazine News 
revealed the legal committee in the House of Representatives, on Thursday, that the federal service law will unify laws relating to salaries. 
Deputy Chairman of the Committee Mohammed al-Ghazi, said that "the most obstacles to the service law ended after the discussion and many problems have been exceeded in the categories targeted by the law," stressing that "the law does not target the salaries of employees, but regulates the ladder and administrative work and the way of work." 
Al-Ghazzi said that "the law will unify the laws concerning salaries, namely (the law of employees and the discipline of employees and more than 112 laws and decisions of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council) in one law under the name of the Civil Service Law."
He pointed out that "the Parliamentary Legal Committee has completed all aspects of the law from a legal point of view and will be transferred to the Finance Committee as the competent committee after which will be submitted to the House of Representatives for a vote."
