A member of the House of Representatives Yusuf al-Kalabi, on Sunday, the call for Iraqis to come out in popular demonstrations, in the absence of Finance Minister Fouad Hussein and Oil Minister Thamer Ghadhban to discuss the non-delivery of oil imports from the Kurdistan region .

He added: "Last week I announced the suspension of my membership in parliament, until the presence of Finance Minister Fouad Hussein, as well as oil Thamer Ghadhban, and in the absence of these ministers we will have open options, first of all to invite Iraqis to demonstrations in order to claim the right" .

Al-Kalabi announced last Thursday that his membership in the House of Representatives was suspended due to the non-delivery of oil from the Kurdistan region .

Exactly. They wasted the whole month doing a lot of babbling, and not much more. No HCL, no article 140 discussion, no Minister of Education. They'll scrape the bottom of the barrel to talk about something, then in August will release a news barrage on how much they accomplished. Losers, the whole lot.

The House of Representatives will hold its third session Tuesday, its No. 36 in the second semester of its first legislative year. The Chamber of Representatives of the House of Representatives announced the agenda of the meeting, which includes six paragraphs four of which vote on draft laws on Iraq's foreign relations, and the fifth paragraph includes voting on the recommendations of the Commission on Human Rights on the events of Najaf Ashraf, while the sixth paragraph discuss the voting report in principle on the draft Law of the First Amendment to the Law of the Ministry of Education No. (22) for the year 2011 submitted by the committees of education and finance.

So, it looks like theyre voting for a pay-raise for themselves...this reminds me of a scene from an early Simpsons episode when Lisa wins a trip to Washington and exposes corruption and bribery (of I think Congressman Bob Arnold.... I personally think there's more  already done behind the scene and that it wont be necessary to send her to Iraq)
