announced Rafidain Bank, on Monday, that an advance of 25 million dinars will be covered 50 percent of the monthly salary of the employee.
The bank said in a statement received (Mawazine News), a copy of it, that "a bank stipulated that 50 percent of the salary of the monthly employee monthly installment of the advance amounting to 25 million dinars."
He added, "The employee is entitled to receive a second advance after he had a previous advance and at the discretion of his remaining salary from deducting the first advance." He pointed out that "advances are granted to state employees who have settled their salaries exclusively with the bank and holders of the MasterCard card from the bank," calling on state employees to "visit the bank branches exclusively in Baghdad and the provinces and apply for the advance."

Al Rasheed Bank on Saturday called on MasterCard cardholders only to receive their salaries.

The bank said in a statement received to Twilight News that it invites holders of MasterCard only to receive their salaries from any outlet, not ki-card.

The Ministry of Finance announced on Wednesday that it is discussing an agreement with the World Bank to grant certain salaries to the unemployed in five Iraqi provinces.

The ministry said in a statement received by the Economy News that its Minister Fouad Hussein discussed with representatives of the World Bank, the Minister of Labor and representatives of the International Organization for Migration a grant agreement for a certain period during which the unemployed are trained in order to qualify them and put them in the labor market.

She added that "this agreement will include the provinces of Anbar, Babylon, Diyala, Kirkuk and parts of Baghdad as a first stage," noting that "this agreement is part of a large project between the Ministry of Labor and the World Bank to support the segments who need to work immediately to improve their living and social reality."

For his part, the Deputy Prime Minister stressed the need to achieve the maximum benefit from these projects in order to support small families, especially in the liberated areas after the return of displaced people and find jobs for the youth segment, stressing the importance of achieving these projects away from political debates and suspicions of corruption.

For his part, the World Bank expressed its full readiness to support the package of decisions issued by the Council of Ministers and the House of Representatives on the opening of jobs and support for employment programs and granting small loans and other projects.

Rafidain Bank announced on Thursday the launch of additional supplementary advances to employees of government departments.

The bank said in a statement received by the "Economy News" a copy of it, that "decided to launch additional supplementary advances to employees of government departments ranging between (5, 10, 15, 20, 25) million dinars and according to the salary of the employee," noting that "through MasterCard International and national salaries exclusively with the bank.
 
He added that "the advances were doubled twice to the employees of state departments for more than 6,700 employees who have already been given personal advances and submitted on the second additional advance and was disbursed to them by MasterCard," noting that "the payment of that advance was through the fingerprint of the customer and then informed The employee by sending a text message notifying him of the advance payment after he has completed all legal procedures to grant it and disbursed through electronic payment tools to which the financial balance has been filled.

Rafidain Bank announced the coverage of about 691 billion dinars salaries of retirees and employees of a number of state departments, including health and education in all provinces of the country during the past two days.

Rafidain Bank denied on Monday, the imposition of additional financial commission on the owners of the offices of private outlets in return for receiving their payments by the bank's branches spread in Baghdad and the provinces.
