The MP for the Islamic Union of Kurdistan , Muthana Amin, has submitted earlier, a proposal to rid the salaries of # employees of the Kurdistan region from political debates.

The crisis of the # budget of the region and the salaries of employees and dues # Peshmerga under the government of Nuri_Maliki since the first month of 2014, where the government of the region was forced to adopt a system of saving the salaries of employees, especially after the attack of the organization "Daesh" in the summer of 2014, and the crisis continued during the era Government # Haidar_alebadi .

However, the new Iraqi government headed by # Adel_Abd al-Mahdi , has taken some steps that would open the doors to the solution of the outstanding problems between the two sides and resolved, but some observers believe that depends on the degree of independence that can be maintained by Abdul Mahdi in making decisions, and not to bow to the effects Internal or external political actors want to maintain tension between the federal government and the Kurdistan region.
