The Committee on the Integrity of Parliament, on Monday, the Ministry of Oil does not control the oil exports of Kirkuk and Nineveh provinces in addition to the three provinces of the region.

A member of the Integrity Committee Khalid Jawad told / information /, that "all the conditions for the organization of oil exports to the region and the Ministry of Oil in the 2019 budget has not been implemented and the Ministry of Oil does not know what is going on Babar Kurdistan."

He added that "five provinces outside the control of the Ministry of Oil exports of oil are the three provinces in addition to Kirkuk and Nineveh," adding that "the Ministry of Oil did not receive a barrel of one of those five provinces."

Parliamentary Integrity Committee announced on Tuesday that it has submitted a proposal to the Council of Ministers and the Supreme Judicial Council to allocate 100 full-time judges to investigate corruption cases and resolve the outstanding ones.

Khalid al-Jashmi, a member of the Parliamentary Integrity Committee, told Al-Maaloumeh that "no one can tackle corruption radically unless it is a stand by the judicial authorities."

He added that "we submitted a proposal to the Council of Ministers and the Supreme Judiciary to allocate 100 judges and emptied their work on corruption cases," noting that the proposal includes the allocation of judges in each province to investigate the files of corruption and a misdemeanor judge and a misdemeanor.

He explained that "the purpose of the proposal to resolve the files of corruption, which was referred to the judiciary and integrity years ago and did not see the light and resolved," noting that "the proposal includes consideration of all the former investigative committees that have been formed."

Member of the Parliamentary Integrity Committee Jawad Hamdan al-Saadi, on Wednesday, submitted a request signed by 70 deputies during the second legislative term to the Presidency of the House of Representatives to form an investigation committee composed of the committees of oil, energy and integrity to investigate the projects of the oil projects company.

Al-Saadi said in a statement to the information, that "there are contracts and suspicions of corruption within the oil projects company, including these projects rehabilitation Kabsat field east of Baghdad."

Dubai Police issued a statement on Wednesday, September 11, 2019, on a video that its publisher claimed was to seize contraband funds linked to the leader of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki.  The Lebanese journalist Maria Maalouf published a video that said, "The security authorities at Dubai airport seized a shipment of funds full of dollars stolen from the treasury of Iraq, estimated at hundreds of billions of dollars aboard a private Iraqi plane belonging to Nuri al-Maliki, which was intended to be smuggled to a European country." "This money is equivalent to the budget of 10 Arab countries for five years."  Colonel Faisal Issa Al Qasim, Director of Security Information Department at Dubai Police, explained that "an African gang tried to defraud the person in the video, by identifying them through social media and then communicated with them and seduced them by their ability to double his money, luring him into an apartment containing dollars boxes. They then filmed him in an attempt to blackmail him and give him money, then he rushed to inform the General Directorate of Criminal Investigations, which in turn took the necessary measures to arrest them. Well There’s our RV folks! 10 Arab Countries budgets for a period of 5 years in duffle bags on Malaki’s private jet! Would somebody nab this sumbitch?! 

 

Put that back in the Iraqi Treasury and flip the switch to its former glory already..... this is getting past the point of funny. It gone full r*tard already..... can’t Interpol do something? Or NATO or somebody with guns. He can’t be that untouchable

"Your lies will not fool anyone anymore. I think this passage is old and according to information that these funds are Libyan smuggled back to the era of the Gaddafi regime," said Hisham al-Rikabi, director of the Information Office of the leader of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, in a tweet on his website.

"The security authorities at Dubai airport seize a shipment of boxes full of dollars stolen from the Iraqi treasury, which is estimated at hundreds of billions of dollars aboard a private Iraqi plane belonging to Nuri al-Maliki, which was intended to be smuggled into a European state," Lebanese media reporter Maria Maalouf said. "This money is equivalent to the budget of 10 Arab countries for five years."
