The President noted the need to provide suitable conditions for the broad participation of citizens in the elections in a manner not inconsistent with Article 20 of the Constitution, and commended the efforts of the legal committees and regions in the legislation of the law. 
The Council completed the vote on the draft amnesty law from the tax sanctions submitted by the Finance, Economy and Investment Committees in order to give the taxpayers a chance to resolve their situation and settle their crimes in order to settle the tax crimes from the financial authority and to complete the tax amounts in the hands of the taxpayers.

Al-Halbusi confirmed the adoption of the presidency of the House of Representatives to the recommendations of the housing crisis report with the remarks of deputies and the government's approach to them.
