If there are so many people out there with a couple million Dinar - Wouldn't a revalue make too many instant millionaires to be feasible? Or does the average Iraqi not have a couple million (couple thousand) laying around like people in our country?  Just wondering how that part works with making so many multi millionaires. But then again, I leave my 400k house and  drive by multiple neighborhoods with million dollar homes on the way to work that says otherwise about too many multi millionaires haha.
