We had our first nor'easter yesterday and most of the traffic light's in the city

were out. #1 son was called in for emergency service for the traffic department

and was at the busiest 4 way intersection  and no-one was stopping at all.

The city had wired large stop signs which were ignored.  He starting yelling

what part of stop don't you understand this one guy pulled over and started laughing.

He went over to the man and asked him if he saw the stop sign and what was so funny

a large black man said son I was watching the other cars and heard what you yelled thinking that they give licenses to anyone. So the two of them starting laughing and #1 son said just be careful Sir. When I showed him

the clip with tears rolling down my face still laughing he said not funny citizen Ma.  :shrug:
