No kidding on Medicare - not as bad after the big push from October to December. And I realize it is important - just tired of the rhetoric.

I'm not eligible for Medicare yet. I will be 61 this month. Hubby is 6 years older than me. So I have to buy my own insurance. I get a good price, but the coverage isn't as good as when hubby was working.  I haven't work that much due to a health issue I've had my whole life. Had major surgery in 2014 that helped greatly, but never worked enough, and don't qualify for medical disability.

That couldn’t be more true.  My wife and I started a B&B in Berkeley Springs West Virginia and it’s become a ministry of hospitality.

anybody need a place to escape or just hide out 10% discount to all of Our DinarVets friends. www.whitepinesestate.com

Just a thought for the future....if you haven't worked much your SS benefits may be low......if they are less than half of your husbands benefit you can have it bumped up to be half of what his is.....worth looking into......    CL
