(Baghdad: Al Furat News) The House of Representatives at its 27th session, held under the chairmanship of Mohammed Al Halbusi, the President of the Council on Tuesday, in the presence of 175 deputies to read two laws and discuss issues of service affecting the lives of citizens.
According to a statement of the Council, received {Euphrates News} a copy of it, the session initiated the request of a number of deputies to provide examination centers for students in the sixth preparatory areas instead of going to the centers assigned to them in the districts, in addition to the provision of test centers near IDP camps to ease the burden of students in Perform their exams. 
In turn, the chairman of the council, the Education Committee, called for urgent hosting of those concerned in the Ministry of Education to take immediate action on addressing the lack of exam centers in the areas. 
In another matter, the Council postponed the vote on the draft law on the first amendment to the law of seizure and confiscation of movable and immovable property belonging to the pillars of the former regime No. (72) for the year 2017 and submitted by the committees of finance and legal and reconciliation and tribes until discussed with the Presidency of the Council and heads of parliamentary blocs tomorrow Wednesday at the Constitutional Hall.
On the other hand, Halaboussi pointed to the willingness of the Presidency of the Council to receive any request from the deputies in the event of corruption cases belonging to any official in the State for referral to the public prosecution, otherwise the applicant bears legal responsibility in case of incorrect claim. 
The council postponed the vote on the draft law to restore the internal and defense employees to the service provided by the Security and Defense Committee until the amendment of the proposal and presented at the meeting on Thursday. 
In another regard, Al-Halbusi announced the issuance of the Presidency of the House of Representatives a presidential order to the Committee of oil and energy parliamentary to form a commission of inquiry regarding contracts of service and collection and contracts of companies {Car and Qian}.
The Council ended the first session of the draft law on accession of the Republic of Iraq to the Convention on Safety and Health in Agriculture No. 184 of 2001, submitted by the committees of foreign relations, agriculture, water, marshes, health and environment in order to remove the risks in the environment Agricultural work, minimization or control, and prevention of accidents and injuries harmful to health resulting from agricultural work or associated with or falling through it and for the purpose of accession of the Republic of Iraq to the Convention on Safety and Health in Agriculture No. (184) for the year 2001. 
The Council also decided to postpone reading the report and discuss the draft law of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, submitted by the committees of services and reconstruction, culture, information, tourism and archeology. 
Then the Council completed reading a report and discussing the draft law of the Supreme Iraqi Maritime Authority and submitted by the Services and Reconstruction Committee.
The MPs' interventions focused on the importance of linking the maritime authority to the cabinet, valuing the committee's efforts in legislating the law. 
For its part, the Committee stressed the importance of further study of the proposals submitted by deputies on the law. 
The council called for reading and discussing the draft law on the organization of the establishment of Allawi for the sale of fruits, vegetables and animals provided by the committees of agriculture, marshes, water, finance, services and reconstruction, in addition to discussing the proposed health insurance law submitted by the Health and Environment Committee.
In another context, the Council discussed a number of service issues submitted by the deputies and included the need to expedite the submission of the final accounts of the federal budgets from 2013 until now and to inform the Council of the results of the investigative committees established by the Council since the beginning of the parliamentary session, Hosting the Bar Association to clarify its decision to hold test exams for graduates of the Faculty of Law before granting them membership in the union.
The topics discussed in the session dealt with the importance of developing the entrances of Baghdad governorate and rehabilitating the road between Baghdad and Kirkuk and addressing the ration card items and the commitment to the timing of their distribution to the citizens as well as urging the responsible authorities to address the delay of the security authorities to answer the citizens in Nineveh province to obtain security permits to complete the compensation procedures, And the invitation to host representatives of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the Ministries of Finance and Education to discuss the appointment of holders of high degrees of Law 97 of 2017 and crazy lecturers in addition to the importance of speeding legislation of the law of health insurance Walsh The establishment of the industrial city of Nahrawan and solve the daily crisis of the Ministry of Water Resources and the payment of dues to farmers.
In turn, Hassan al-Kaabi, the first deputy chairman of the House of Representatives inventory of all the temporary investigative committees formed since the beginning of the session so far and the presentation of the results of its work on the House of Representatives, including related to the building of the Central Bank of Iraq and the need to submit a report of the bank next week, The capital and follow-up conversion of the certificate holders in the security ministries to civil departments inside or outside the ministry. 
He also instructed the first deputy chairman of the council to direct the Ministry of Planning to give priority to service projects, especially sanitation and water, follow-up of the laws in force and its regulations, as well as to invite the Minister of Health and the concerned authorities to participate in more than one discussion session. 
It was then decided to adjourn the session until Thursday 27/6/2019
