The Speaker of the Council added that the term of the deputies from the moment of assuming the constitutional oath until the moment of their departure in accordance with the provisions of the objection and replacement provided for in Article (52 / I and II) of the Constitution are deputies and enjoy the rights of the deputies and their duties, whether in legislation or censorship.

He continued: "Here it is necessary to emphasize that neither the current deputies nor the former deputies have any privilege in the retirement rights, and that what applies to any employee in the Iraqi state applies to the members of the House of Representatives.
