The sources confirmed that no vote on the completion of the ministerial cabin in the session on Saturday, attributed to the lack of receipt of the Parliament of the names of candidates for the ministries vacant from the Prime Minister, and no agreement to date, in addition to the lack of notification to the Presidency of Parliament in this regard.

The sources pointed out that the parliament will postpone the vote also on the special grades, indicating that the inclusion of paragraphs on the agenda of the meeting comes within the embarrassment of the government and political blocs.

She added that the coming days will witness the vote on the vacant ministries and some special grades before the end of the second legislative term of the House of Representatives.

On Saturday, the House of Representatives will hold an important session whose agenda includes completing the cabinet reshuffle, voting on the special grades and ending the proxy file, while the expectations of members of the Council differ from different blocs regarding the possibility of resolving these files in the session. 

The media department of the council announced in a statement received by Al-Sabah that the agenda of the session includes 11 paragraphs, most notably: completing the vote on the cabinet reshuffle, voting on the special grades, ending the proxy administration, forming an investigative committee on service contracts and collection, , A first reading of laws relating to medical professionals, the Iraqi Olympic Committee, trafficking in human organs and other laws.

And contradicted statements by the deputies on the possibility of resolving the files of the cabinet and the special grades and positions of proxy in today's session, as the MP for the coalition of construction Amer Fayez, resolving the file completion of the ministerial cabin during the next three days.

Fayez said in a press statement: "The political blocs and during its last meeting agreed to leave the resolution of the ministries of defense and the Interior of the Prime Minister, which hastens the near solution of this dilemma," explaining that «an agreement between the coalition of construction and reform led to the authorization of Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, The ministers of interior and defense according to specific conditions », likely to« witness (Saturday) to put the names of candidates by Abdul Mahdi », and that« the rest of the cabinet cabin and specifically education and justice easier by providing agreed names ».

On the other hand, the MP of the alliance of Alaa Al-Rubaie, the Prime Minister and the political blocs, which he described as «the researcher of quotas» responsibility for the delay in completing the cabinet cabaret.
