The Council completed the first reading of the draft law on the ratification of the Agreement on the Exemption of Holders of Diplomatic Passports and Official Service from the entry point between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Committee on Foreign Relations to promote bilateral relations between the two countries and facilitate the travel of their nationals.

The Council also completed the first reading of the draft law on the accession of the Republic of Iraq to the 1995 Grain Trade Agreement, submitted by the committees of foreign relations, economy, investment, agriculture, water and marshes in order to enhance international cooperation in the international grain trade and ensure the free flow of this trade to the benefit of all members and contribute to the stability of international grain markets And strengthening food security.
