One for Adam

Sorry to read about the death of Bart Starr, who many believe to be the greatest Green Bay Packer of them all.  The QB of their dynasty in the early 60's.  Don't know how much Adam followed those Packer teams.  He was a great one.

Indeed he was a great one. Not only a player but a great person. Got to meet him in a newsstand in Atlanta airport about 30 years ago. Was paging through a book, noticed someone had walked up beside me, looked up and there was Starr. I was a big Packer fan during the Lombardi reign. I spoke to him and we stood and chatted for a couple of minutes. Very nice guy, friendly and congenial unlike a lot of other celebrities you run into today.

Truly a Great Packer and great person!!

Im a little young to remember him play.

I believe only Favre has played more games then him in a Packer uniform.

Only QB with three championships in a row and of course the QB sneak in the ice bowl which is an all time great NFL memory.
