"Zehida Abdullah Mohammed al-Obeidi was nominated for the post of Ministry of Education," Mawazine News reported.

Not a big deal.  They sent names and they will get voted in.  Theses positions I believe have always been there.  Just not emphasized as they are not as important I guess. JMO

The Council of Representatives will complete Prime Minister Adil Abdul Mahdi's cabinet on Thursday (June 27) if it votes to approve his latest nominee for education minister. The Prime Minister’s office sent an official statement to the Council of Representatives nominating Zahida Abdulla Mohammed. Abdul Mahdi has also sent six additional nominations to the parliament for five non-ministerial positions. Ali Abdul Amir Allaw has been nominated as central bank governor and Salah Nuri Khalaf as head of the financial control bureau. Mohammed Abdul Mahdi Mohammed Taqi was nominated for the position of PM’s adviser, Fayaz Hassan Nima and Hamid Younis Salih as deputy ministers of oil, and Adil Kareem Ahmed as deputy minister of industry and minerals. Floridian, goggle this man an you will find he is more than qualified for this position, probably more than the present governor. He's been to Harvard an several other high end university's, waiting to see if he was voted in or not....

Private - Mawazine News Political sources reported on Saturday that Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi will submit a new list of candidates for special grades to the House of Representatives. 
The sources said in an interview with "Mawazin News" that "a new list of names of candidates for special grades to the House of Representatives to vote," noting that "the list will be sent within the next two days." 
He added that "the list includes candidates for the positions of directors-general and advisers in the ministries of education and industry and other departments."

"The Cultural Attaché of the Iraqi Embassy in Washington and the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry at Mosul University, Professor Tahani Abdul Aziz, will be presented as an independent candidate for the post of Minister of Education," the source told Mawazine News. 
And the voice of the parliament, (Monday, June 24, 2019), to give confidence to the success of Hassan Shammari, the Minister of Defense, a candidate of the leader of the "National Coalition" Iyad Allawi, Yasin Yasiri Interior Minister is a compromise candidate for the Shiite blocs, and Farouk Amin Shwani justice minister, Difficult between the two main Kurdish parties in the Kurdistan region.

A statement to the Presidency of the Republic, received the agency {Euphrates News} a copy of it today, "The meeting discussed the amendment of Article {58} of The budget law, and decided during the meeting to grant more time to the government until 24-10-2019, {the end date of the year of the life of the government} for the selection of personalities to run the state institutions, and the end of the file of the administration by proxy and support the government in choosing the best in accordance with the principle of efficiency and integrity and achieve national balance Away from quotas. " 
The meeting also focused on the national framework document for a unified Iraqi policy.
