I have worked with an elderly Pastakhani I talked with earlier THIS week. I asked him again about the Chinese Belt AND Road Initiative being plowed through Pastakhan. He said it is functional to a port in Pastakhan. I asked about connectivity WITH Iran and he said there is not any connectivity through Iran. So, looks like sea routes will be utilized instead of transportation through Iran. The road has been implemented but he said not the rail road. I suspect the rail road will get attention. I never mentioned anything about the Bicraqi Iraqi Dinar to him.
