The member of the Finance Committee, Abdul Hadi Mohan al-Saadawi, Saturday, the draft law on financial management is a mini-constitution of fiscal policy in the Iraqi state, stressing that he is currently the most important laws within the Committee, which we seek to legislate during the next two weeks.

Al-Saadawi said in an interview with Alsumaria News that "the law of financial management is one of the most important laws currently in the Committee," noting that "the law reached very advanced stages and we expect to resolve the vote soon after the completion of discussions and meetings with specialists and economic experts and the Finance Department to reach a formula A law that outlines the general financial management of the Iraqi state. "

He added that "the law of financial administration represents a miniaturized constitution for fiscal policies as is the federal constitution of the Iraqi state," pointing out that "the law paints the general map of the financial management of the Iraqi state for the coming years to proceed with building a proper economy and balance."

Al-Sadawi pointed out that "the legislation of the law will open the door to the legislation and amendment of other laws, which can be addressed through the Financial Management Law," explaining that "the law came for the purpose of regulating rules and procedures governing financial management and accounting in the field of planning and preparation,

"The law will direct all federal revenues to the public treasury to cover public spending, strengthen the allocation of budget resources and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of spending and ensure the optimal management of cash."
