A member of the parliamentary legal committee, MP Hussein al-Aqabi, on Wednesday, the House of Representatives sought to legislate the laws sent to Parliament, especially the service before the end of the legislative term.

Halabousi: Parliament is passing legislation to guarantee workers' rights

Definitely 2020 I'm thinking too at this point.  The IMF SBA meeting in August will be huge to see if this will happen before or by years end.
