He added that "the ministry was able to achieve a standard time difference compared to previous years, which was approved by the allocations during the fourth quarter of the year," pointing out that "the next few years will see the arrival of financial allocations to all ministries and governorates and non-associated with the Ministry."

Minister of Planning Nuri al-Dulaimi on Wednesday stressed the support of national industries and the provision of conditions for the return of migratory capital, pointing out that the share of the private sector of future investments will be 40%. 
"The Ministry of Planning is seeking greater empowerment of the private sector to be a real partner," Dulaimi said in a statement received by Mawazine News. "The share of the private sector will be 40% of the volume of investments that Iraq will witness during the next phase." 
He added that "the ministry emphasizes the support of national industries through the adoption of a package of reforms in the procedures and instructions and draft laws."
