Iraq can at any moment and anytime revalue at $1.00,  Anything more than that has to be at the first of a month, quarter or year. Plain and simple.

Not confusing, has to do with accounting. A good note is 20 out of 22 times they did revalue was in April and 18 of those were on the 30th

Could you elaborate a little please ? I can't seem to grasp your concept here. I guess I'm a little thick today.

like just about any company or country, everything is done on a monthly, quarterly or yearly end, like in sales every month you go from hero to 0, same here, to change a drastic value in the middle of a month would jack all accounts up and disorder, I believe we will see this at the beginning of a month and come out in 3 plus range and float from there. I will take $1.00 though all day
