Many experts in economics say Iraq is not done. There is still a lot of work to be done & Bills to be passed especially protection of foreign investors &more banking laws, not to mention HCL. For some unknown reason, Parliament is dragging it's feet & in no hurry to get their house in order. Iran's influence is a lot deeper than the Gurus want us to believe. IMO.
