I did a lot of reading on the Tax Code Section 861 back in the 1990's. Read a lot of Larken Rose's research. Made a lot of sense to me. The invention of the search engine made it easy to find the details he was discussing and you could see the changes in the code from 1913, to 1925, to 1932, etc. It was called "The 861 Evidence". It started out to tax just foreigners working in the US, then it was changed to tax payer. But.... that tiny dot's enforcers can make your life miserable.
