The Federal Supreme Court, on Thursday, to postpone consideration of the appeal against the unconstitutionality of extracting the Kurdistan region oil from the region and export it directly to the seventh of next month. 
"The Federal Supreme Court held its session under the chairmanship of Judge Medhat al-Mahmoud and the presence of all the members of the judges, and considered the appeal against the unconstitutionality of extracting the Kurdistan region oil from the region and export it directly," the spokesman of the court Ayas al-Samuk said in a statement received by Mawazine News.
