The document, signed by the Deputy Governor of the Bank, Munther Abdulqader Al Sheikli, is addressed to all licensed banks: "Based on the letter of the Integrity Commission / Recovery Department / Directorate of Refund of Funds and the interests of the work, please provide us with the information available to you about the fugitive convicted Na'im ' Kaabi and details of his accounts and financial accounts and the statement that there were transfers of funds for the transfer of these balances between banks and financial transfer companies, both inside and outside Iraq and the amount with a statement of the addresses of the full destinations or places that were transferred to.
