Economy News _ Baghdad

The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced on Sunday the reduction of wages of citizens in health institutions. 
In a statement received by the Economist News, the Secretariat said that "the Council of Ministers reduced the wages collected from citizens when reviewing health institutions (primary health care centers, secondary and tertiary hospitals, and stagnation)," noting that "the maintenance of free preventive health services Care for motherhood and childhood, school health, thalassemia, cancerous tumors, special needs, social care network, etc.). 
The statement added that "the Council has kept the wages that do not have direct contact with the patient (wages of Arabs and non-residents, health control and others) to its current status based on the provisions of Article 19 / I of the budget of 2019."
He pointed out that "the decision requires the Ministry of Finance to finance the operational budget of the Ministry of Health for the year 2019 in full (without compensation and medicines) for the sustainability of the work of all health institutions and to provide the best health services The decision comes in support of citizens and the health sector across the country.

The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced on Sunday, directing the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Finance to allocate 500 million dinars to the provinces (Basra, Maysan, Wasit) and each province is exposed to the flood of funds approved for the emergency reserve. 
The Secretariat said in a statement received by "Economy News" a copy, that "the goal of the allocation of the provision of immediate needs to prevent the risk of floods or floods, based on the provisions of Article (5) of the budget of 2019.
