A meeting of the Arab League Council at the ministerial level at the Organization's headquarters in Cairo on Tuesday marked a row between Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari and Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubair.
During the speech, Jaafari called for a political solution and a dialogue in Yemen that would lead to ending the war.

Al-Jubeir, who leads the war, said his country had intervened in Yemen "at the legitimate request of the Yemeni government." Jaafari responded by saying, "Do not say no less to me and I will give you a stronger response."
Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari said on Tuesday that Iraq was turning the Arabs into the world while Arab foreign ministers called for a stand-off with Iraq.
"Iraq is the window of the Arabs to the world and those who deny the role of Iraq must review history," Jaafari said in a speech at a meeting of Arab foreign ministers held in Cairo.
Jaafari called on Arab foreign ministers to "stand with Iraq in its war against terrorism and reconstruction," adding that "Iraq with the return of Arab unity and return Syria to the Arab League."
The Arab foreign ministers held earlier today the 115th summit in the Egyptian capital Cairo to discuss several files, most notably the Palestinian issue.
