3. Has experience in the field of currency not less than (10) years and practice in the preparation and implementation of public policy and the construction of economic, social and environmental. 
The conditions that must be provided by the member of the Councils in accordance with the provisions of Article (7) of the Provincial Elections and Quarters Law No. 12 of 2018. 
First: a full Iraqi citizen (30) thirty years of age in the year in which the elections are held. 
Second: Holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent at the time of nomination. 
Third: Good conduct and that the candidate is not covered by a previous amnesty for crimes of financial and administrative corruption and misdemeanors dishonored by honor. 
Fourth: From the people of the province under the Civil Status Register or residing there continuously for a period of not less than (10) years, provided that it is not for the purposes of demographic change.
Fifth: It is not covered by the rules of accountability and justice or any law that replaces it. 
Sixth: Not convicted because of illegal enrichment at the expense of the citizen or public money by a final judicial ruling. 
Seventh: Not to be a member of the armed forces or the security services or a judge at the time of nomination.
