Alsumaria News / Baghdad 
The Information Department of the House of Representatives, Sunday, the agenda of the session of the Council for tomorrow, Monday, while the agenda did not include the completion of the ministerial cabin. 

The media department said in a statement published today, and received Alsumaria News, a copy of it, "The agenda of the second session of the second legislative session scheduled for Monday, includes the first reading of the draft law on illegal grazing, and the first reading of the draft amendment to the first law of the Integrity Commission No. (30) for the year 2011 ".

 

 


"The agenda also includes the first reading of the draft law amending the fines law contained in Penal Code No. (111) for the year 1969 and other special laws No. (6) of 2008," the department said. 
He said that "tomorrow's session will witness the first reading of the draft law to address the abuses of housing, and the first reading of the draft law of the first amendment to the Nationality Law." 

The House of Representatives raised its first session held on Saturday, to Monday, after he voted on the wording of a decision in principle to abolish the offices of inspectors general, and also on the wording of a decision to support the judiciary, in addition to that he was hosted by the Ports Authority to see the application of tariffs Customs sometimes.

The House of Representatives on Monday held its regular session of the new legislative term under the chairmanship of its president Mohamed Halboussi. 
A parliamentary source told Mawazine News that "the parliament held today, its second session of the fourth parliamentary session for the first legislative year of the second legislative term under the chairmanship of its president Mohamed Halbusi." 
The session is scheduled to witness the completion of the first reading of five draft laws

A parliamentary source told Mawazine News that "the House of Representatives ended its ordinary session held today, the first reading of the draft law amending the Penal Code contained in Penal Code No. (111) for the year 1969 and other special laws No. (6) for the year 2008." 
The Parliament held today, its second session of the fourth parliamentary session for the first legislative year of the second legislative term under the chairmanship of its President Mohamed Halbusi.

The parliament voted Monday to give two parliamentary services and legal committees two weeks to introduce a law to address abuses. 
A parliamentary source told Mawazine News that "the House of Representatives voted during its meeting today, to give the parliamentary services and legal committees two weeks." 
The source added that "this comes for the purpose of studying and presenting a draft law to address the abuses of the first reading, or return to the government." 
The Parliament held today, its second session of the fourth parliamentary session for the first legislative year of the second legislative term under the chairmanship of its President Mohamed Halbusi.

The House of Representatives voted Monday to amend its rules of procedure, with the exception of the Women's Committee. 
A parliamentary source told Mawazine News that "the House of Representatives voted during its regular session today to amend its rules of procedure by article (72) except for the Women's Committee from the quorum in terms of number." 
The source added that "this came on the grounds that the 84 women's bloc are members of the Women's Committee."

The Committee for the Implementation of the Government's Parliamentary Program Abandons Abdul-Mahdi for an important matter
(Baghdad: Al-Furat News) The Committee to monitor the implementation of the government program and strategic planning held a press conference today in the House of Representatives to view the Commission's plan for the next stage. 
The committee's chairman, MP Mohammad Ali Zinni, read a statement to the journalists, in the presence of members of the committee, in which he affirmed the approval of the committee's rules of procedure after extensive discussion by its members. 
He added that the committee has prepared a plan to host the ministers periodically to discuss them separately in the plans of their ministries and mechanisms to implement them and what has been achieved in light of the government program and obstacles and obstacles to their implementation, in addition to the issuance of a monthly report identifies the shortcomings in the implementation of the program at the level of each ministry and find solutions and Difficulties hindering implementation and sending them to the relevant authorities. 
Zinni stressed that the committee has committed to follow up the strategic plan to monitor the performance of the government, and their compatibility with the government program and the federal budget and the Federal Presidency of the House of Representatives to inform the Committee on draft laws sent by the government to ensure that it supports the priorities of the government program.
He added that the committee will approach Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi to provide a road map to combat corruption for the purpose of follow-up by the Committee and the establishment of the appropriate timing and mechanisms to achieve this. 
Zinni said that the committee will spare no effort to monitor the implementation of the stages of the government program in line with the needs and aspirations of the Iraqi people dear. 
In response to questions from journalists, MP Raed Fahmi, a member of the committee, said there are good indicators of the implementation of the government program despite the short life of the government

The executive committee of the government's parliamentary program confirmed Monday that it would spare no effort to monitor the implementation of the government program in line with the needs and aspirations of the Iraqi people, pointing out that ministers will be hosted in the government of Adel Abdul Mahdi on a regular basis. 
"The committee's rules of procedure have been approved after extensive discussion by its members," the head of the committee's committee said. "The committee has prepared a plan to host the ministers periodically to discuss them separately in the plans of their ministries and mechanisms to implement them. In addition to issuing a monthly report identifying the shortcomings in the implementation of the program at the level of each ministry and finding solutions and overcoming the difficulties that stand in the way of implementation and send them to the relevant bodies.
"The committee has pledged to follow up the strategic plan to monitor the performance of the government, and their compatibility with the government program and the federal budget and the Federal Presidency of the House of Representatives to inform the Committee on draft laws sent by the government to ensure that it supports the priorities of the government program." 
He added that "the Committee will open the Prime Minister to present a road map to combat corruption for the purpose of follow-up by the Committee and the establishment of the appropriate timing and mechanisms to achieve this." 
"The committee will spare no effort to monitor the implementation of the phases of the government program in line with the needs and aspirations of the Iraqi people," Zinni said. 
For his part, member of the Committee Raed Fahmi, said that "there are good indicators on the implementation of the government program despite the short life of the government."

No Cabinet vote - well there’s a shocker.

We are gonna be here one year later waiting for them numbskulls to finish their government.  Almost one year now.
