The Central Bank of Iraq (CBE) data showed foreign currency sales fell by $ 159.02 million on Sunday, compared with $ 162.99 million in Thursday's auction, down $ 3.97 million.

According to the statement issued by the Central Iraqi today, the exchange rate was 1190 dinars per dollar, in the auction held with the participation of 31 banks.

The central bank said in its statement that the sales executed today are the results of the day on Monday, adding that the total sales totaled 184.5 million dollars.

The volume of funds sold to boost bank balances abroad amounted to $ 157.74 million, while total cash sold was estimated at $ 1.35 million.

The amounts transferred to the accounts of banks abroad were sold at a price of 1190 dinars per dollar, and the cash sale will be at the same price, according to the statement.

In the latest auction , the Central Bank of Iraq showed total foreign currency sales to $ 162.99 million, compared to $ 153.68 million in Wednesday's auction.

The next 3 day holiday is:  NowruzDay on Thursday 21/3/2018.  and...(-Every Friday and Saturday is formal Holiday.)

So if nothing happens before March, I'll be looking forward to March 21st.  It's still in the first quarter of the year.

Floridian, back when Dr. Shabibi made this statement, Iraq's electronic banking technology was not as advanced as it is today. Perhaps 3 days is not required any longer.

I wrote this before I heard about the Supreme Court ruling. I really think we are at the end of the ride! We know the budget has been passed and in Gazette! With this ruling news coming out which is big, I think this is going to be a very interesting week to say the least!! Sure would be great to see the end of MCP this week!!! JMHO

The Central Bank of Iraq (CBE) data showed a decline in sales of foreign currency by Monday, to 152.14 million dollars, compared with sales of 159.02 million dollars on Sunday, down 6.88 million dollars.

According to the statement issued by the Central Iraqi, the exchange rate was 1190 dinars per dollar, in the auction held with the participation of 30 banks.

The Central Bank said that the sales executed today are the results of Tuesday, adding that the total sales totaled 174.82 million dollars.

The Central Bank pointed out that the volume of funds sold to strengthen the bank balances abroad amounted to 151.24 million dollars, while the total cash sold was estimated at 900 thousand dollars.

The amounts transferred to the accounts of banks abroad were sold at a price of 1190 dinars per dollar, and the cash sale will be at the same price, according to the statement.

In Sunday's auction , the Central Bank of Iraq showed sales of foreign currency fell to $ 159.02 million, compared with $ 162.99 million in Thursday's auction.
