On December 31, 2017 I purchased Platinum VIP.  I have yet to receive my certificate. Julie did at the time send me a request for my address and phone number. Unfortunately I never saw it until 2 weeks ago when talk of RV started up again and I realized I never got the certificate. I then went into support and saw a year old message which I now responded to and started a new request as I received no response back.  As time is of the essence what more can I do to get my certificate.  As a side note I also went in to my profile and all the information that is needed to send out the certificate is and has been there since I joined VIP in 2012.
