Parliamentary policy : Abdul Mahdi paid the salaries of the region by law .. and Abadi did so for a second term

Parliamentary: Abdul Mahdi paid the salaries of the region by law .. and Abadi did so for a second term

 Twilight News

The deputy MP Hoshyar Abdullah on Tuesday criticized the political parties targeting Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi because he paid the salaries of employees of the Kurdistan Region under the cover of the legal and through the financial budget, returned policies of Abdul Mahdi to the region can not be compared to the policies of former Prime Minister Haider Abadi.

Abdullah said in a statement today that "there is a political targeting by a group of politicians and deputies close to Abadi to Abdul Mahdi on the pretext of paying salaries of employees of the Kurdistan Region, knowing that today pays these salaries within the framework of the law was approved in the financial budget."

"It seems that Abdul Mahdi has a clear direction and a strategic vision to resolve the oil file with the Kurdistan Region, and has serious intentions to resolve this dilemma and the problems that have been stuck for years between the two sides, and these positive trends deserve to support and solidarity with them.

"I say to the people who target Abdul Mahdi that the political targeting (early) to get rid of him and his government is still premature, because he has not received sufficient time, so we should give him more opportunities to solve the problems he can solve between Baghdad and Erbil, The most important thing is that the citizens of the region do not pay the tax of differences, as happened in the era of Abbadi, who refrained from finding a solution to this problem. "

He pointed out that "at the end of the previous session was paid a specific percentage of the salaries of the region's employees totaling 317 billion dinars per month by Mr. Abbadi and for political purposes, and when Abdul Mahdi began to pay the salaries of the region's employees with a legal cover and through the budget began Abadi and through some of his deputies and politicians Close to him by targeting Abdul Mahdi only because it is the most equitable people in the region and because it started a new page aims to reset the problems seriously. "

"The people of the province who were treated by Abdul Mahdi are simple Iraqi people who have been deprived of their salaries. These are the same people who were punished by Abadi in the previous session when the leaders of the major parties in the region were merciless at the expense of citizens. And another deprives them of the political leaders and compliments for his own ambitions, "as he put it.

The Iraqi Finance Minister Fouad Hussein has confirmed on Monday that the federal government has sent four months salaries to employees in the Kurdistan region.

Hussein said in a statement to Radio Voice of America that the salaries of four months were sent full to the Kurdistan region, pledging to commit to send salaries on time, noting that in the coming days will be sent 68 billion dinars four months salaries to the Ministry of Peshmerga.
