Bruce: My understanding was the President about nine days ago made a decision along with the Chinese, Steven Mnuchin of the Treasury to combine Tier 4A and Tier 4B (us) and make that release for us about the same as Tier 4 Groups out of Reno. I believe if that stays, we should have value dates and have access to funds approximately the same time as the other groups. We also heard they are proceeding. We know out west that certain people have been called to fly in and help FACILITATE. Too, group leaders have been called to come in. Some of them received private jet transportation as they are brought in. I know that is happening now.
