Parliament postponed the budget meeting and the completion of the government of Abdul Mahdi to the evening

Shafaq News / The Iraqi Council of Representatives, on Wednesday, postponed its normal session, which is expected to resolve the two files Shakin controversy.
The agenda includes passing the federal budget, and voting on the ministers of education and justice after the arrival of their resumes to the Council.
However, the council's presidency decided to postpone the session until 7 pm on Wednesday due to differences.
The Iraqi political forces did not announce their positions vis-a-vis the financial budget, where differences remain dominant between blocs and parties, especially by the Kurdish forces, which seek to raise the share of the region from the budget to 14%, instead of 12%, while some parties reject that ratio.
And forced the Speaker of Parliament Mohamed Halboussi to chair the Finance Committee several times, recently, with the aim of completing the paragraphs and items of the federal budget for the fiscal year 2019.
According to the bill, which was returned by parliament to the government, the volume of financial expenditure 128.4 trillion Iraqi dinars (about 108 billion dollars), a financial deficit of 22.8 trillion dinars (about 19 billion dollars).
The rate of export of oil per day by 3 million and 880 thousand barrels, including 250 thousand barrels per day of the quantities of crude oil produced in the provinces of the Kurdistan Region, at $ 56 per barrel.
The budget faces objections from the Sunni political blocs because they do not include allocations to restore the areas restored from the urging, while the Kurds say that their share in the budget more than the current ratio.
On the other side of the decision to approve the Parliament candidate Ministry of Education Ambassador Hamdani and the candidate of the Ministry of Justice staff capable, while the positions of the political blocs were relatively neutral towards these candidates.
Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi has been criticized for presenting a candidate for the Ministry of Education, with a bachelor's degree only, with a biography considered modest, after the relationship broke the brother of the former candidate Shaima Hayali with Daash, which prevented the vote on them, .
Abdul-Mahdi announced the submission of Al-Hamdani to the House of Representatives to vote by the Minister of Education, and the pillars of Bibani Minister of Justice, while delayed the submission of candidates for the Ministries of Interior and Defense, because of incompatibility by the political blocs.
The candidate Safana Hamdani holds a Bachelor's degree in the Faculty of Education in 1983 and has a 30-year educational service. She has 12 books of thanks and a number of courses in various fields.
