Yeah, except that he's afraid they might link to a LOWER currency.  Why would he be afraid of THAT, unless he knows something.

Why would he be concerned that they would link to a currency of LOWER value than their own toilet paper currency?

Yes he does speak of fear when it comes to joining currencies of a lesser value  . The CBI may not be afraid of that decision , Nor the WTO , IMF or the US Treasury who are all spending quite a lot of time in the CBI . I don't think he knows more than them combined . But we dont know the currencies . Nor do we or He himself know if the currencies are undervalued like Iraq's . Its his urgency of linking these currencies and its affect on an Economy. That has yet to begin . But Is on the verge of beginning . Meaning now . That has my attention

I have no reason to let Iran and iran being cooperation because both of them need support their trade. NOTHING that Iraq can get benefit from trade are higher economy than themselves
