2 Thoughts and 2 Questions. #1 We all know in the background . The countless wealth . The oil , The gold , The natural gas , The agriculture , The priceless artifacts . All of these things and more represented by a false rate  that could be released to find a true rate  . # 2 The countless articles of how the current monetary system does not fit the true status of Iraq and how they plan to restructure with the 3 Zeros project. It amazes me at times to think that either of these actions on their separate own could reasonably  be enough to increase the value of the dinar .  #1 question ? Are we waiting on Central Bank to initiate the instatement at a time that they choose .#2 Or are we waiting on Something to force the Central Bank to act to initiate the instatement. Dr. Shabibi initiated this once before only to be stopped by Maliki . What is really delaying Alak ? Just rambling this early morning . Alak may not be waiting at all . This could be a seamless schedule of actions . It makes me wonder though ....
