I am giving up...If a government is not formed chaos will take it's place. There hasn't been any bombings like in the past and these guys have had plenty of time to get their sh$%t together. I am starting to believe they do not care anything about the Iraq people or the currency. Nothing positive will manifest from Parliament or any of their Ministers and as long as Maliki is around there will always be corruption. I see why Kurdistan wants to be independent of them...I guess I will check back in 6 months and it will be the same **** and I thought our politicians were incompetent....as long as they have USD to spend and keep getting loans why worry about the HCl and a RV...

"Failure is an option"  you couldn't have said it any better than that! Not including the corruption investigation at the Central Bank. I remember several months ago they gave the Governor of the CBI an award for maintaining the exchange rate of the IQD and now there is an investigation because $7 Billion is missing.....Really?? Oh "we are about to introduce the lower denoms and educate the Iraq People on how to exchange them". That was just a month ago and now this. SMH!  Trillions were spent and nothing fruitful has manifested for the citizens in Iraq or the US. Not including the lives lost on both sides, injuries and PTSD's etc. I have a feeling they are going to extend this out until the end of 2020. I hope I am wrong but I have been involved in this for a while and this is business as usual.

In a statement issued by the government, Alsumaria News received a copy of the statement saying that "the Council of Ministers issued an official disbandment on Monday, 2018/12/10 on the occasion of the first anniversary of the declaration of victory on the organization of a supporter of the terrorist thanks to the blood of our martyrs and the brave heroes of all kinds."
The former commander of the armed forces, the former prime minister, announced on December 10, 2017, the liberation of all Iraqi territory from the organization "Daash" after the end of all the battles fought by the Iraqi forces against the joint terrorist organization.

Council of Ministers disrupts the official working day next Monday

The cabinet decided on Tuesday to suspend official working hours on Monday.
The council's media office said in a press statement that "the Council of Ministers has canceled the official working day on Monday, 2018/12/10 on the occasion of the first anniversary of the declaration of victory over the organization calling the terrorist thanks to the blood of our martyrs and the heroic heroes of all our brave."
The former Prime Minister Haider Abadi, announced on the ninth of December 2017, the liberation of all Iraqi territory from the control of the organization calling the terrorist.
"Our forces have completely gained control along the border with Syria," Abadi said. "The island was cleared in Nineveh and Anbar and the liberation of Mosul and Ramadi was completed."
"The victory achieved unity when the Iraqis united to fight a left enemy who wanted to see this day and bring us back to the dark periods," he said.

(Reuters) - Iraq's cabinet announced on Tuesday that it would consider Monday an official holiday in the country.

 

The Cabinet said in a brief statement to Twaf News that it had obstructed the official working day of Monday, January 10, "on the occasion of the first anniversary of the declaration of victory over the organization of a supporter of the terrorist thanks to the blood of our martyrs and the heroism of our valiant troops in all their forms."

Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi confirmed on Tuesday that he had taken a series of measures on the security of Nineveh, noting that the reopening of the Green Zone had become a reality. 
"We have held important meetings with the Ministerial Council for National Security to assess the general situation in Nineveh," Abdul-Mahdi said during the weekly conference. "We have taken a series of measures on the security of Nineveh and the situation is good now." 
"The reopening of the Green Zone has become a reality," Abdul Mahdi said, adding that "we are working on completing logistical procedures for this."

"

(Baghdad: Al-Furat News) Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi, that the chaos that took place within the parliament, not to submit lists of additional ministers, while referring to "we look forward to agree on the current names."

"We expect the House of Representatives to set a date for the completion of the ministries after the agreement reached between its members," Abdul Mahdi said in his weekly press conference on Tuesday that "the chaos in the House of Representatives prevented the completion of the cabinet reshuffle." 
"The current ministries are run by proxy and there will not be an administrative vacuum and this is repeated by previous governments," he said. "He will not submit additional ministerial lists and looks forward to a parliamentary agreement to vote on the current names." 
"We have a specific policy of extending beyond the legal age of civil and military functions. The government is serious about taking anti-corruption measures and there are 13,000 corruption files open with integrity," he said.
He explained that "the government is working on the inventory and survey the names of employees of contracts and wages daily in preparation for dealing with this segment," explaining that "the state has become flaccid in a way that can not be tolerated and must take the necessary action." 
"The government is continuing with the procedures of opening the Green Zone, including repairing the roads and tunnels within the area, because this has become a reality and we are working to complete the logistic procedures for this," the prime minister said. "The government effort is fully mobilized to deal with the effects of the floods in various provinces."

ok I am with you ,this has  not been in the normal thinking realm ,at all ,so there is some kind of game the head officals are playing and are being instructed to do so, the powers that be ,are calling the shots ,they have been calling the shots from the very first ,things don:t just happen by chance ,they are planed ,so we can either hold on for the end,?????? or jump ship ,the decision is still ours ,but one question has to be addressed and that is why?????????????????????????
