Just came across these two articles and found it interesting. One side we bust scammers and the other Iraq is dropping US dollars.

I think article 2 has an excellent idea. It will increase the velocity of the IQD as a internationally traded currency . Velocity being the number of people/countries that use the IQD to transact business . The more people/countries that use it, the more the limited amount of IQD in circulation will hold a value. Increasing pressure on Iraq to raise the value of its currency. It wld also provide a stability issue to the UN and the like,  to recognise the IQD as a internationally recognized and traded currency. Then boom, we can sit back, count our money, establish our estate plan and do whatever we want. Within reason.
