Yep, but this AM China said they are headed to the US to renegotiate and the market stopped the downfall as soon as Trump tweeted that. This IS NOT mushy Obummer the Chinese can play like a fiddle. The Iranians are finding out the same thing. The market will be just fine when we are on the other side of this situation.

A source familiar with the {Euphrates News}, said that "a large government delegation headed by Foreign Minister Mohammed Ali al-Hakim will visit Kuwait on Saturday."
He added that the delegation "will attend the meetings of the Iraqi-Kuwaiti High Joint Committee"
