Hi Adam!

As always, Thank You for all You and Your Affiliates are doing for us and will do for paid service members post event.

The news shows 14 of the 22 (nominally two thirds) ministerial positions have been approved by Parliament and it appears they are all sworn in including Mahdi as Prime Minister while Mahdi is noted as having Parliamentary Confidence. The remaining 8 cabinet members are scheduled to be voted in on Tuesday, November 6 that, for some reason, coincides with The United States Of America mid term elections and a couple days after the formal implementation of the November 4 sanctions on Iran. Say 4 of the 8 ministerial positions are voted in and these 4 are sworn in making nominally 80% of the Cabinet seated. If 4 or more are voted in, could this be enough to be viewed as a Stable Government that may have an impact on our interests to include Iraq being foreign investment worthy?

A potentially related question is with the November 4 Insanian sanctions to be implemented, could this be "encouragement" for Iraq to go to an "open economy" with a real and internationally valued Bicraqi Iraqi Dinar to close down the "closed economy" corrupt weekday CBI daily currency auctions that feed Iran with significant amounts of USD? The news articles appear to be indicating the very recent closing off of USD feeds to Iran from Iraq.

As always, Thank You in advance for Your well thought out, straight to the point, and articulated posts!!!

Go Moola Nova!

Over 13 million Shi’ite pilrims gathered in the holy city of Karbala to observe Arbaeen. It reflects a 40-day mourning period that follows the anniversary of the seventh-century killing of Imam Hussein. The holiday has been a target for terrorism in years past as many pilgrims walk to Karbala. However, tight security appears to be working. Few pilgrims were attacked there and across the country this year.

At least 19 people were killed and 16 were wounded in recent violence:

A blast at a holy site near Khanaqin killed three pilgrims. At least 12 others were wounded at the shrine of the shrine of Bawa Mahmoud.

In Mosul, a bomb left in a yard at the al-Nuri mosque killed a five-year-old and wounded two more children.

Two policemen were wounded during an attack in Riyadh.

Turkish airstrikes targeting Kurdistan Workers’ Party (P.K.K.) sites in the Qandil Mountains left seven guerrillas dead on Tuesday.

Seven militants were killed during operations in Salah ad Din province.

A militant was killed at the border of Diyala and Salah ad Din provinces.
