Agreed GD07 . . . IMHO once January slipped by and the GOI took 6 week off I saw the writing on the wall then - hoped for different but it's the same old song every year; now this fiasco.

 

I'm sure I'll  outrage a whole bunch O folks - perhaps 2020 these idiots might get enough done that the CBI could pull the trigger. 

 

This is a deliberate delay and not a damn thing to be done about it because corruption is too deep.There's no interest in moving forward because there's no real pressure coming from any direction to move forward. Love to be proven wrong . . . but these fools always prove me correct.

Off for 2 more weeks now .... they have all the time in the world. The manipulation of the GOI is priceless. They will have had 8 weeks off in the 1st quarter of 2019. If they keep this up we can expect maybe 4 months of work outta these Screw Heads. 

Of course that’s not including the already 1/3 rd of the year they already take in days off. So the amount of work they might do could even decrease.
