First thing on Mahdi's "List of Things To Do"  is outlaw all  "political blocks" and effectively stop Iranian Party Crashers and the never ending BS of Maliki's DAWA. They will never be able to move forward. Actually, as I recall, even Maliki was caguht in the cross hairs of ministral battles...  I would think the PM woud pick his staff and that would be that. This ongoing crap here is merely allowing the political blocks an opportunity to stifle the whole process till it is dead in the water. If they cant work together then it is broken... and it is very broken....
