Baghdad -
Mawazin News Despite the faltering negotiations, which was held by the blocs, "Sorrow" led by the leader of the Sadrist movement Moqtada al-Sadr, and "conquest" led by the leader of Badr Hadi al-Ameri, to reach a formula of advanced understanding may rebuild alliances again, various Iraqi sources confirmed That the next week may witness the completion of the composition of the government.
The head of the House of Representatives, Mohamed Halabousi, announced during his visit to the United States earlier this month, that the understandings on the formation of the cabinet reached "advanced stages" and it will be resolved within days.
Sources familiar with the details of his visit to Erbil and his meeting with Kurdish leader Massoud Barzani, according to a report published by the newspaper Middle East, and seen by the (Mawazin News), the two men "decided the remaining political differences that were still impeding the completion of the formation of the government.
The President of the Republic, Barham Saleh, for his part, a political movement in this direction through meetings with senior Iraqi politicians, led by Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi and the head of the "coalition of decision" Osama Najafi.
The two statements issued by the Office of the President on the two meetings focused on "the importance of reaching consensus among the various parties in order to complete the ministerial formation as soon as possible."
Negotiations between al-Fath and Ssron, which had come a long way in the understandings, have been stalled, confusing the political situation with regard to other alliances within the two major alliances of "reform, reconstruction" and "building."
According to observers, the reason for the retreat of the two blocs from further understandings is the possibility of forming an opposition bloc that could break up existing alliances, leading to confusion of the political situation.
The leader of the Alliance for Reform and Reconstruction, Haider Mulla, told Asharq Al-Awsat that "the understandings of Fatah and others are the closest to reality because they know what they want and believe that they are the largest bloc and form two blocs that are compact for several factors."
The Mullah, that "can not one of the deputies of the two blocs to get out of the will of any of the two blocs, there are those who control the rhythm within them." Adding that "the understandings between the two blocs are realistic, although they have conflicts, but each party believes that the stage of Adel Abdul Mahdi is a transitional stage and wants to invest in order to strengthen himself."
The MP for the "wisdom stream," Mahmoud Mullah Talal said in a press statement that "the agreement between the masses of Fatah and Sulton ended up naming the former head of the counter-terrorism team, Abdul Ghani al-Assadi, for the post of Minister of Interior," adding that "his support for this choice."
Regarding the post of defense minister, Mullah Talal said that "there are four names before the prime minister, most notably Salah al-Hariri."
But the head of the "National Coalition" Iyad Allawi predicted "the failure of consensus on the basis of positions."
Allawi, in a tweet, yesterday, that "all the consensus built on the basis of positions and gains failed and will fail, even the positions that are based on that quickly change," stressing that "the quota has weakened the political process and strained, which threatens the existence of the entire state" .
For his part, the head of the Alliance for Reform and Reconstruction, Ammar al-Hakim, the "need to address responsibility." "Confronting political action is not a luxury, it is a national responsibility that will be held to account by history and the people," he said.
He added: "There is no excuse for any political party if not to the extent of that responsibility and the amount of confidence given to him."
