Zebari deleted a glee that attacked the Dawa party and the stream of wisdom

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Former Finance Minister Hoshiyar Zebari on Friday (April 19, 2019) deleted a tweet on Twitter accusing the Islamic Dawa party and the al-Hakam faction of overthrowing the government.

Zebari said in his twitter, published on April 17, 2019, that "the Dawa party and the stream of wisdom plan to return to the policy of the theater in the center of Iraq to overthrow Adel Abdul Mahdi."

"Iraqi voters punished members of the party not to be chosen in Iraq's 2018 elections because of their terrible failures, and they must be stopped because they have nothing new to offer."

Zebari's tirade sparked a wide debate in the political Middle East, coinciding with leaks about a move to bring the views of the leader of the State of Law coalition and the leader of the Al-Nasr alliance, Haider al-Abadi, into the wings of the Dawa party.

%D8%B9%D8%A8%D8%AF-%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D9

Arbil (Iraq) - Kurdish politician Hoshyar Zebari blew up a surprise in Iraq when he spoke of a "conspiracy" led by the Islamic Dawa party led by Nuri al-Maliki and the wisdom stream led by Ammar al-Hakim to overthrow the government of Adel Abdul Mahdi.

But the leading figure in the Kurdistan Democratic Party led by Massoud Barzani hastened to erase the tweet, which included his words about the parties of Maliki and Hakim, from his account on Twitter, perhaps to the seriousness of disclosure contained, and perhaps to avoid the pressures that will control him, especially has become his party interests with Maliki and his allies since After the last elections, after the parties were bitter rivals.

Zebari was once a foreign minister for several years, before becoming the finance ministry's leader, who was sacked for corruption, after Nuri al-Maliki's Dawa Party managed to rally a sufficient majority against him.

Zebari said that "the Dawa party and the stream of wisdom plan to overthrow Adel Abdul Mahdi." He added that "Iraqi voters punished members of the Dawa Party not to choose in the elections in Iraq in 2018 because of their failures," calling for addressing this project, because his leaders "do not have what they provide to the public."

The talk of Zebari to support the leaks that indicate a great rapprochement between the wings of the Dawa Party, representatives in the coalition of the rule of law led by al-Maliki, and the alliance of victory led by former Prime Minister Haider Abadi.

The leaks were based on the anger of Maliki and Abadi of the marginalization they are being subjected to by the government of Abdul Mahdi and its supporters of the alliance, "Saron" sponsored by Shiite cleric Moqtada al-Sadr, and the alliance "conquest" led by Hadi Amiri, close to Iran.

The overthrow of the government of Adel Abdul Mahdi is no longer an option, but has become a possible option to talk about within the Iraqi political arena. "The government is not immune," Hussein al-Aqabi, a member of the National Bloc, said.

"Some of the political parties that have adopted the formation of the current government if they remain on their current methodology, we expect a new coalition to be formed within the parliament, which has the majority, since no minister has been appointed by the majority of the members of the council. Are the majority and can overthrow the government at any moment. "

The new majority is the new "parliamentary" bloc that has been discussed over the past few days as it is emerging from smaller blocs that may split from larger parliamentary alliances.

Political sources say that Hakim agrees with both Maliki and Abadi on the deliberate political marginalization by the parties that formed the government of Abdul Mahdi.

According to this political trio, Sadr and al-Amiri formed the government and distributed the most prominent bags to their loyal figures, under the banner of avoiding partisan supportThis formula prevented all leaders of the rule of law, victory and wisdom from obtaining portfolios in the government of Abdul Mahdi.

Hakim's movement quickly responded to Zebari. "Before you set yourself up as a lawyer for the government of Abdul Mahdi, you have implemented your agreement with them, and to enter 250 thousand barrels of oil into the state reservoir and not into the pockets of the parties," said Salah al-Arabawi, a close associate of Hakim.

Al-Arabawi's statement includes a direct accusation of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP), headed by Masoud Barzani, in which Zebari holds a senior post, not to implement the oil-for-money deal signed between the federal Iraqi government in Baghdad and the administration of the Kurdish region in Erbil.

The agreement provides for the handover of the Iraqi Kurdistan government 250 thousand barrels of oil to the federal government daily, in exchange for Erbil, about 13 percent of the annual budget value of the country. Arabawi said Barzani's party does not abide by this agreement.

For his part, denied the member of the Political Bureau of the Islamic Dawa Party Ali al-Sunaid there is any attempts by the party to overthrow the government Adel Abdul Mahdi.

He said that "the party strongly supports the government to promote the national requirements and the implementation of files necessary for the lives of citizens," but he hinted to the existence of efforts to form a new parliamentary bloc, saying that "any parliamentary convergence will not be against any bloc or alliance, but is cooperation between deputies to achieve important laws And urgent ".

The alliance of the rule of law and victory does not deny the information that speaks of their rapprochement, despite the deep disagreement between Maliki and Abadi.

The MP in the Iraqi parliament for the rule of law, high Nassif that "the deputies of victory and the rule of law in parliament have already discussed the mechanisms of coordination of the joint parliamentary, and can be open to other blocks in the House of Representatives," in reference to the current Hakim.

Nassif confirmed that the parliamentary coordination project presented to the leaders of the coalition rule of law and victory agreed. "This is imposed by the parliamentary working conditions where small blocks are lost a lot of opportunities to influence the overall performance of the House of Representatives, which requires the formation of a large block that can protect its vision."

For his part, MP for the alliance victory Riad al-Tamimi that "the coming days will witness an advanced level of coordination between victory and the rule of law."

He added that "the number of deputies of victory and law with deputies who feel marginalized in their blocks, up to more than 80 currently."

But a senior source in the Dawa Party told the "Arabs" that "the deputies talk about their personal positions and do not represent their blocks," noting that "coordination between victory and the rule of law, if present, it will be limited to parliamentary work and will not move into the Dawa party divided into two wings" . "The return of al-Maliki and Abadi to work together is difficult because the differences between them are very deep."

DV,  I hate to admit the KRG mainly the Barzani's,  Zebari & Talabani's are the most corrupt right up there with Maliki & his Cronies.  They are extremely greedy and could care less about their citizens.  Sadr & The  Citizens need to rise up against the GOI, KRG & Parliament and force their hand on all issues that directly affect their lives.  PM Madhi, Parliameng & Federal.Court needs to hold the KRG accountable to the specific articles stated in the Federal Budget.

Merely another, and hopefully final round of "Hey! how about these guys?" Mahdi "NO". Hey how about these guys?" Mahdi: "NO". What about these guys Mahdi?" " No! My choices for my ministry or I quit...."   YADA YADA YADA. He's not going to quit, or he already would have...... They all love the power and the money too much!
