A copy of a document obtained by Basnews on Monday evening showed the names of the eight candidates for the remaining ministries in the government of Adel Abdul Mahdi.

Judge Dara Noureddine is a prominent Kurdish judge who served as Minister of Justice from February 2008 until 2010.

Judge Dara Noureddine, who ruled that the decree issued by Saddam Hussein's government and allowed the confiscation of land without proper compensation unconstitutional, was sentenced to several years in prison but spent 8 months in Abu Ghraib prison before being released in October. 2002 after a general amnesty.

Nur al-Din was a member of the interim Iraqi Governing Council after 2003.
