Cabinet votes on budget and allocates 500 million to hawks

"The Cabinet held its regular session on Tuesday October 16, 2018 under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Haider Abadi. The Cabinet discussed the draft federal budget law of the Republic of Iraq for the fiscal year 2019 and was presented projects and financial allocations to the ministries and was discussed in detail and vote on them. 
He added that "the vote on the exception of the printing and processing of the examination book for the sixth grade of the Council of Ministers Decision No. 272 for the year 2015 on the printing and implementation of government publications was voted out," pointing out that he voted on the national strategy for the prevention and control of non-transitional diseases for the years [2018-2022].
He pointed out that "the meeting witnessed the vote on the adoption of the recommendations of the Committee of Diwani Order No. 20 of 2017 on negotiating with the Egyptian side on the ship anchored at the port of Alexandria and determine its fate, as well as the vote on the adoption of the recommendations of the Committee Order Diwan No. 45 of 2016, Electronic Governance on the Secured Government Network ".

The Prime Minister, General Commander of the Armed Forces, Haider al-Abadi, revealed on Tuesday the appeal of the decision of the Administrative Court to suspend the Diwani order for the exemption of Faleh al-Fayadh from his posts (National Security Advisor, ). 
Abadi told Mawazine News: "The decision of the Court of Administrative Justice, to stop the Diwani order to exempt Faleh Fayadh from his posts, does not invalidate our decision and our powers," pointing out that "the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers clarified the matter in its statement today." 
He confirmed that he "appealed the decision of the Administrative Court to the Supreme Court." 
The Administrative Court of Justice decided on Monday to suspend the execution of the Diwani order issued by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi regarding the exemption of Faleh al-Fayadh from all his posts until the case is resolved.
The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers issued on Tuesday an explanatory statement on the cancellation of the decision of Prime Minister Haider Abadi, exempt Faleh Fayadh from all his posts, stressing that the state order issued against the latter did not include the abolition of the order Abadi exemption.
