International Monetary" Iraq's economy is expected to grow 6.5% in 2019

The economic growth rate is expected to reach 6.5% in 2019

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) expects Iraq's economy to maintain its annual growth rate of 2.2 percent over the next five years, ending in 2023.

The IMF's latest report on prospects for global economic growth indicated that the real GDP growth rate of the Iraqi economy by the end of this year is expected to reach 1.5%.

Economic growth is expected to reach 6.5% in 2019.

While the IMF is expected to stabilize the inflation rate in the country at 2.2% in the current year and next year.
