Abadi heads the regular cabinet session

The Council of Ministers held its regular session on Tuesday under the chairmanship of the President of the Council, Haidar Al-Abbadi, and voted on a number of resolutions, including the addition of 3 trillions of dinars to the allocations of emergency reserve for 2018, while discussed the subject of customs duties for goods and goods imported in the name of ministries.

A statement from the office of Abadi received "Al-Gharab Press", a copy of it, "The Council of Ministers, held its ordinary session today, Tuesday, October 9, 2018 headed by Prime Minister Haider Abadi, while voted to cancel the Council of Ministers Resolution No. 162 of 2017 and reinstate paragraph 4 of Cabinet Resolution No. 280 of 2016 on Protection of the Imported Cigarette Product ". 

He added that "a draft resolution on the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of evasion of taxes on income and capital between the government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt was voted on." 

He pointed out that "the Council discussed the issue of customs duties for imported goods and goods in the name of the ministries and issue a resolution on it." He noted that he "approved the general and detailed recommendations taken by the Diwani Order Committee (67) for the year 2018.

He added that "the vote was to add an amount of 3 trillion dinars to the allocation of emergency reserves for fiscal year 2018 in the light of the federal budget law." 

"The council conducted an extensive discussion of the agricultural plan, and the Ministry of Water Resources was instructed to assess the water situation in the light of the next agricultural plan," the statement said. 

The Cabinet discussed, according to the statement, "the draft federal budget law of the Republic of Iraq for fiscal year 2019, and was directed by the ministries to submit their basic comments on the draft draft federal budget for the year 2019 to the Ministry of Finance for the purpose of holding an extraordinary session for approval within the legal period."

Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, on Tuesday, called on the House of Representatives to form a committee to discuss the budget law for 2019. 
Abadi said in his speech during the weekly press conference, and attended by "Mawazine News," that a special meeting to draft the draft financial budget For the year 2019, a commitment to our duty and constitutional times. " 
He added that "there is a discussion about the price of oil and the boom in the price of a barrel after the austerity and decline in world prices," noting that "the focus was in the financial budget on services and the most disadvantaged classes."

The Prime Minister, Haider Abadi, Tuesday, that the subject of his candidacy for any position during the next government has not been discussed so far, noting that he directed his office to put the necessary capabilities in preparation for the process of the transfer of power. 
"We welcome the completion of the election of President Barham Saleh and the appointment of Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, and I wish them success and achieve the aspirations of the Iraqi people and preserve its security and stability," Abadi said at his weekly conference. 
He added: "I have presented to the Prime Minister-designate, Adel Abdul Mahdi, what we can of facilities and cooperation in order to start his work and directed our office to put the necessary capabilities in preparation for the process of the proper transfer of power in order to accelerate the process of forming the government and to start its work as soon as possible and to see before him the important files security and economic" .
He stressed that "the current government is continuing its work and the completion of its duties full powers until the last day to form a new government." 
"During the meeting of the National Security Council, which we held this week, we discussed updating security plans, maintaining security and stability, thwarting terrorist plans, "He said. 
He pointed out that "the importance of the government's smooth transition to prevent terrorism from benefiting from the transfer of power," pointing to "the development of a new mechanism during the meeting of the Security Council Ministerial to facilitate the granting of visas to investors and owners of companies to support the efforts of construction and reconstruction."
As for the news of his candidacy for the post of foreign ministry or deputy head of the microscopy, Abadi said: "The subject of my candidacy for any post is not discussed so far and I discuss this issue with my team to see the best outside or inside the post and I have something inside me to decide to serve the citizens." 
On Tuesday, the cabinet convenes a regular session chaired by its chairman, Haider al-Abadi, to discuss and vote on a number of laws on its agenda. Abadi will hold a press conference to discuss the latest political, security, social and economic developments.

The Cabinet held its regular session on Tuesday, October 9, 2018, chaired by Prime Minister Dr. Haider Abadi. 
The Council voted to repeal the decision of the Council of Ministers No. 162 of 2017 and reinstate paragraph 4 of Cabinet Resolution No. 280 of 2016 on the protection of the imported sugar product. 
The draft agreement on the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of evasion of taxes on income and capital between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt was voted on. 

The Cabinet discussed the issue of customs duties for imported goods and goods in the name of the ministries and issue a decision regarding it.
The Council approved the general and detailed recommendations taken by the Diwani Order Committee (67) for the year 2018 on the evaluation of officials of Diwaniyah governorate departments. 
The vote on the addition of an amount of 3 trillion dinars to the allocation of emergency reserve for fiscal year 2018 in the light of the federal budget law. 
There was also an extensive discussion of the agricultural plan. The Ministry of Water Resources was instructed to evaluate the water situation in the light of the next agricultural plan, covering an area of 3 to 4 million dunums for growing wheat and barley and submitting it to the Prime Minister within 48 hours.
The Council of Ministers also discussed the draft federal budget law for the fiscal year 2019 and was directed by the ministries to submit their basic comments on draft draft federal budget for the year 2019 to the Ministry of Finance for the purpose of holding an extraordinary session for approval within the legal period.

Lots of private jets needing to be fueled up; then there's traveling expenses, paying off the flight crew and gotta have some " Petty Cash " to set yourself up for new residency in the foreign country of your choice . . . :lol:
