In my opinion, this is earth shattering news for our investment:

 

 

Could the PROXY Governor Ali al-Alaaq NOT have the AUTHORITY to complete the CBI Monetary Reforms necessary for the Bicraqi Iraqi Dinar ReInstatement or ReValuation?

 

If NOT, do You have any projections on what this may entail such as removal of Ali al-Alaaq with the resuming of the CBI Governor by Dr. Shabbibi or an actual CBI Governor with nearly immediate completion of the CBI Monetary Reforms necessary for the Bicraqi Iraqi Dinar ReInstatement or ReValuation to rocket the reconstruction, construction, economic development, and foreign investment in Iraq?
